Inspired by her studies in India at the Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Jessica would like to invite you to a Breathwork and Yoga Nidra workshop. In this 1 hour & 15 min session, you will be introduced to select breathing practices, also traditionally known as Pranayama, in which the conscious control of breathing is meant to positively influence the mental, emotional, and physical state. After the Breathwork, we will move onto a Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is a guided mediation which will allow your body and mind to rest while you access inner wisdom and guidance through a dreamlike meditation experience. Jessica will guide the meditation with positive imagery and cues.
