Holiday festivities got you feeling off your game? Reset your body and mind with this 90 minute sweaty detox flow and then end with a refreshing juice juice packed full of ingredients to help rid your body of toxins from Restore Cold Pressed.

 

Led by Carrie Reilly, students will practice energizing breath work, stimulate circulation with cardiovascular movement, and build physical and mental strength through core work, twists, inversions, and balancing postures. Round out the practice practice with soothing stretches and guided relaxation.
