Join Jessica for a 4 week postnatal yoga series! Discover postures and breathing practices that target the abdominal wall, back, and pelvic muscles. We will also focus on releasing tension in the shoulders and chest that tend to tighten from holding and cuddling our babies. The class will begin with a brief intro to reflect on how you're feeling. We will then move through an energized practice ending with a cool down, so you can go home to your baby feeling refreshed and relaxed!
