Hard Core Workshop

For this workshop you will be taught a 45 minute core-focused flow including lots of strengthening moves for your abs and obliques. This flow will also consist of back bends and a little twisting. After the flow, you will do 30 minutes of straight core work with a variety of crunches, different plank combinations, and a few other moves that Morgan has picked up from her personal training experience. After the core strengthening exercises, you will spend the last 15 minutes or so slowing things down and stretching the abdominals, back, and hips.
