Not enough time in your schedule for a 4-week series but still want to give yoga a try? Register for this beginners' workshop that will expose you to several basic yoga poses, so that you can decide where to go next with your practice. Proper alignment and modifications will be the focus, and questions are encouraged. Please wear comfy clothes, and bring a yoga mat (mat rental $2 at the studio). Feel free to take this workshop before the beginners' series as well. Class limit= 25.
