Get ready to welcome spring! The Spring (Vernal) Equinox is a naturally occurring seasonal cycle that allows us the opportunity to reflect and connect deeper into our own life transitions.
This yin + yang 90 minute flow will combine active (yang) and passive (yin) asanas with pranayama and an extended savasana that will honor the universal intention of change and growth.
Effort and surrender. This practice of yin/yang yoga will helps us learn about stillness in movement and the flow in stillness bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.
