Join Jessica a for a 4 week prenatal yoga series! She specializes in Prenatal Yoga and completed her certification through Blooma Yoga at Kirpalu Center for Yoga & Health.
Prenatal yoga uses gentle yoga movements to help relieve tension while teaching you how to remain calm and focused. This prenatal workshop is designed to build community with other moms and will include stretching, postural alignment and breathing techniques. You will also learn specific yoga poses for addressing the discomforts of pregnancy and for building strength, flexibility and endurance. This class will conclude with a period of relaxation. You are encouraged to practice at your own level of comfort, the instructor can help you modify any pose. This series is suitable for women in their 2nd and/or 3rd trimester, no previous yoga experience is necessary.
