Night Owl Yoga is Yoga for the just that "The Night Owls" giving another option for the insomniacs and late night wanderers. So, if you can't find a new Netflix series or re-run of The Office come sweat and flow with Drew in a new Strong Basics class held monthly from 9pm to 10pm on the first Thursday of every month. We may or may not have glow sticks.
Drew Dudek completed his 200 hour YTT program under Amanda Fulmer at Yoga Strong and has been practicing yoga for over 4 years. Many Yoga teachers have inspired him and strengthened his practice and now he is excited to share some of those lessons to others.
