Description: This 90-minute yoga flow will feature the foam roller throughout the class while utilizing the breath to achieve both physical and mental release and strengthening. Learning how to use a foam roller to find release of fascia, connective tissue that attaches, stabilizes, encloses, and separates muscles and other internal organs, but also how to use the foam roller to strengthen muscles and your yoga practice. Whether you are an athlete or sit at a desk all day long, this workshop will allow you learn the benefits and most common mistakes of rolling out while getting to experience it your own body, You will walk away learning many ways to incorporate a foam roller into your yoga practice and everyday life.
