Vinyasa Yoga - Level 3

An experienced instructor will give you verbal and physical pose adjustments throughout this flow class. Strong classes include inversions, arm balances and more advanced transitions. Some yoga experience is recommended before joining this class.

Vinyasa Yoga - Level 2

Students who want to be physically challenged and move with the pace of their breath feel great in this flow class. Very limited focus on arm balances and inversions. Beginners are welcome.

UNWIND

Reset + Restore

Balance your body in our slow and restorative UNWIND class. This class is for anyone, regardless of how much yoga experience you may have. Expect a mash-up of techniques like yin, therapeutic, restorative, breath-work, meditation, and some slow flows.

YIN + YANG

Half of this class is yang which is hot and faster-paced, the second half you will slow things down and get a deep long stretch. The best of both worlds!

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Yoga - Level 1

Our intro to yoga class is the perfect place for you to begin a yoga practice. You can expect to move at a slow, comfortable pace and have any questions you may have answered. You will find a heavy emphasis on aligning the postures and getting into modifications that work for you so you can have the best experience on your mat. No stress, no expectations. Come as you are, ready to learn.

STRONG SOCIETY

Full Body Strength + Cardio.

This 45-minute full-body, cardio barre fusion class is the epitome of multi-tasking. We use multiple props and techniques to get it all done and you’ll leave feeling strong and accomplished!

U.B.A

Upper Body + Abs.

A class focused on hard-core abs, arms, chest, and back. Using light weights, high reps, and bodyweight you will enjoy tightening up everything above the waist in this upper body focused class.

L.B.A

Lower Body + Abs

Formerly called our booty lift class, this is a lower body tightening, toning and lifting workout! We work all the way around the seat, inner/outer thigh, hamstrings, and of course a targeted core section.

STRONG SCULPT

Yoga + Weights.

Our yoga flow class with a little added resistance to focus on lifting and tightening. Expect high repetition toning moves incorporated throughout your vinyasa flow while adding in hand weights/resistance bands give you an extra edge on burning big calories and maximizing the efficiency of your workout.

BEGINNER BARRE (free community class)

This is a free community class*

An entry-level class to give you a feel for what barre techniques can do for your body! Work a little bit of everything in this toning class using various props like hand weights, resistance bands or a pilates ball.
