Enjoy three organic, chef-prepared meals daily, crafted with fresh ingredients sourced directly from the land. Between practices, unwind in the infrared sauna, hot tub, or pool, or wander the jungle paths that wind through the farm’s vibrant ecosystem. Chic, sustainable lodging provides a perfect balance of comfort and connection to the earth.
Your daily practice begins with morning meditation and breathwork, followed by energizing sculpting classes such as Pilates and Vinyasa yoga before brunch. Evenings offer slow-down sessions like Yin or restorative yoga—an invitation to soften, reflect, and restore.
Planned group activities—including beach days, river walks, and hikes to the breathtaking San Luis Waterfall—are included but always optional. You’ll also have plenty of free time and open days to relax, explore, or adventure on your own. Whether you’re craving connection or quiet solitude, this retreat offers the space to align, expand, and simply be.
Metamorfinca is located in San Luis Costa Rica, about 35 minutes north of Uvita. The land is 22 acres of magical accommodations, food forests, and conservation. San Luis, a serene mountain town, sits about 35 minutes north of Uvita and 45 minutes south of San Isidro in Costa Rica. Its tranquil atmosphere and lush surroundings offer an ideal escape, a 4 -hour drive from San Jose, making it a perfect retreat for nature enthusiasts and those seeking authentic Costa Rican experiences.

Metamorfinca, the Farm of Transformation, is a haven nestled in San Luis, Costa Rica, overlooking a stunning waterfall just 30 minutes from the beach. Situated at 2900 feet above sea level on 22 acres of land, this permaculture farm offers an idyllic retreat where temperatures are always comfortable. With over 50 farm animals, including goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, and turkeys, guests can immerse themselves in a harmonious farm life experience.
The center also boasts Earth Eco Homes, an all-natural Yoga Shala made from bamboo grown on-site, an infrared sauna with Red Light Therapy, and a relaxing hot tub, creating a perfect blend of nature, wellness, and sustainability for visitors seeking rejuvenation and transformation.

Casa Mariposa is a luxury private Earth Home for 2. A queen bed and a day sleeper sofa, which also comes with a full bath and kitchenette. Swing on the deck to over look the jungle and waterfall.

Casa Cascada
The largest luxury Earth home has two private bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas, a full kitchen, bathroom, deck with a swing, and outdoor eating spaces. We are selling all the beds here individually, but if there is a small group of 3-5 who would like to book the whole house, please let us know right away so we can make sure you get it together. So unless a whole group books this home, these will be private bedrooms, with shared bathrooms and kitchen.

The price of the retreat includes 7 nights at Metamorfinca, all organic healthy meals (3 meals a day,), daily practice classes, a waterfall tour, and transportation to and from the airport at set group shuttle times.
It does not include your airfare, transportation outside of airport shuttles and included group activities, extra snacks, and drinks outside of meals. We also recommend flying in on Sunday, Feb 22, and staying at a hotel to ensure you arrive at the shuttle on time on the 23rd. The hotel is not included in the retreat price. More info available. A $500 deposit is required to save your spot. This deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the total of your trip. Once the deposit is made, you will email amanda@yogastrongstudios.com with lodging requests and we will finalize a payment schedule.
